COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS
What applies to every booking.

Fees exclude statutory taxes, travel, physical inspections, printing, statutory charges and third-party specialist services.

Packages below ₦300,000 are paid 100% in advance. Assignments from ₦300,000 to ₦1,000,000 are paid 70% on mobilisation and 30% before final editable files.

Assignments above ₦1,000,000 are normally paid 50% on mobilisation, 30% at draft submission and 20% before final issue.

Monthly retainers are payable in advance. Unused monthly hours expire unless a quarterly arrangement states otherwise.

Fees remain valid for 14 days and turnaround starts only after payment and receipt of complete, usable information.

Included revisions correct or clarify the agreed deliverable. Redesign, new options or additional scope require an approved change.

Five-working-day express service may attract 30%; 48-hour priority and weekend/public-holiday work may attract 50%.

Editable source files are released after full payment. Formal client issues are supplied in PDF unless the package states otherwise.

All ‘from’ prices depend on project size, complexity, information quality, urgency and professional risk. Minimum custom assignment fee is ₦250,000.
